Vocab story!

Glenn Curtiss the engineer had a little skirmish with himself. He loved building motorcycles but he thought the future was in aviation.  Even though the Wright brothers were the first to fly, Glenn Curtiss was the first to have a successful controlled flight of 1017 ft.  Also the Wright Brothers kept their work a secret, but Glenn Curtiss  made declarations of his flights, and gave presentations at congresses of engineering.

He was also the first to fly from New York to Albany and demonstrated the usefulness of aviation in travel.  He was also the first delegate of aviation to demonstrate aerial bombing to the Army and Navy representatives.  He also created the first flying boat, and his Curtiss NC-4 Flying Boat was the first aircraft to successfully cross the Atlantic ocean.

Glenn Curtiss had a strategic mind, which made him a great engineer and a pioneer of aviation.

One day during the Revolution one delegate from each colony went to Philadelphia to sign a document called the Declaration of Independence. This meeting was called the Continental Congress. Our representative was John Adams (apparently). If John Adams for sure wanted to be taken seriously, he would have to be a dandy fellow at the Continental Congress.  This meeting might have not happened if Britain has a skirmish with us at Lexington. At Lexington, even though it was a skirmish, they had to retreat before they got destroyed. Later, they realized that they need to be more strategic than just standing in a row as an easy target.

The 10 Minutes Taco War

Karate Chicken was having a normal day on Saturday the 20th of May 2017, until Mr. Dembowbow sped by in his Lamborghini and yelled “To arms, to arms, the Taco Army is coming, the Taco Army is coming” Karate Chicken ran through his golden door with his pistol in hand, not having time to open it. He ran to the middle of the town and saw his fellow
4-240 characters struggling to survive. Karate Chicken made a declaration, “we will win this skirmish! Then he made a strategic plan for the battle. Following the plan, he shot into the crowd of some 10,000,000 tacos. Taco shells, cheese, salsa, lettuce, beef, and onions flew all over the place. The dandy taco ran up and tried to jump on Karate Chicken. Karate Chicken punched him and he fell back, wounded. He screamed “Aaaaaaaaaaah I got taco sauce on my suit!” Then Lemon got an idea. She told Siri, “Call Bill”, and Siri responded “Calling Bill”. Bill came by in his car and got all his taco’s into Karate Chicken’s pickup truck and asked Karate Chicken to drive to his (Bill’s) house. Dembowbow got in his car to drive to Bill’s house as the representative or delegate of the congress for keeping Bill’s tacos in Bill’s basement. Then the tacos retreated to Bill’s basement………For now.

The “Tacoists” and the “Sodacks” were at it again. People have heard plans of the town being flooded with soda. Twice. That’s probably not a threat because you can just drink soda. I don’t know, maybe this is some special type of soda? This might be another skirmish about soda. The Tacoists deplored against this, so they made a declaration to the town. “The Sodacks will flood our town, and there’s only one way to stop it,” Mr. Dembow-bow shouted, “And that’s to build the great wall of tacos!” Everyone was astonished, this idea was amazing! They thought the only option was to retreat!
Days later, the town sent their representative, Mr. dembow-bow, and their delegate, Mr.Taco. He was chosen as the delegate because he was a taco. They started making their way through town. At the middle of town, was a line of coke cans. In the middle, a bottle of Pepsi. The two Tacoists stepped up to them and waited for an action. This was the start of the food congress. “We are going to flood your town, and there’s nothing you can do about it.” said the Pepsi. “We already have plans forThe Great Wall Of Tacos, there’s your plan fooled right there.”
“But we convinced some WWWWWWHHHHH[*one eternity later*]AATTTTTT’s to be on our side.”
Five days later, the great wall of tacos was built. Everyone was happy. But then everyone realized a big shadow in front of the wall. Bill The Fat Bear stepped into view. Everyone was scared because Bill loves tacos. The Sodacks are very strategic. Then they saw Pepsi. “Who’s laughing now?” Said Pepsi. Bill then saw Mr. Taco. “Cool, I love a taco that’s dandy!” Mr. Taco gulped. He was wearing a top hat and a bowtie.

“I declare that today will be taco day!!!! For all the Sodacks, please leave the room unless you want to be totally and completely disappointed.” Mr. Dembow-bow declared. Now for all of you declaration, it was because this created the biggest tension between the Sodacks and the Tacoists.

All the Sodacks left the room but secretly they were sending eachother brain messages that they should me at midnight to discuss their plans of bringing down all the Tacoists and making the WHAAAAAAA(356,897 years later)AAAAAT’s become Sodacks. Nobody got the message.

452280 seconds later (7538 minutes, 125.6333 hours, 5.2347208333 days) the Sodacks began to skirmish with the Tacoists. They rampaged through the streets, called Mr. Dembow-bow a dandy, and created their own congress against Mr. Dembow-bow. It was called “The SODACK AND WHAAAAAAAA(356,897 years later)AAAAAT CONGRESS” because the Sodacks wanted the WHAAAAAAAA(356,897 years later)AAAAAT’s to become Sodacks.

The Sodacks were very strategic about their plans. They sent delegates and representatives of The SODACK AND WHAAAAAAAA(356,897 years later)AAAAAT CONGRESS to order the Tacoists to retreat and never make the Taco day happen again.

Nothing worked.
