Oh my gosh. Look at this. If you realize, each month on the blog a new link appears to all the posts that were written in that month. And guess what. August 2016, even though none of the students wrote on the blog yet, it was there. And now it is August 2018. You are right. One year.
All the 4-240 characters went to a huge disco. Bill had a huge name tag with shiny letters saying VIP. Shoutout to Bill, he won the best character contest. Then came in lemon with her amazing dress. Shepoccolyspe was there with Dembow-bow they were dancing in the air using Dembow-bows flying powers. Tacos were doing tap dances and karate chicken was teaching a karate class. At the very end of the room, Divisor had a huge book full of memories all the children gaurded the book. Divisor read the book of memories…

So that is it for our celebration. It is amazing! The blog has turned one year old!
Sorry if your character is not featured in this memory book. I only used pictures of characters on the media file that I knew of. That means I only used images that are on the blog. Please put your image on the file and I will try to include it.
Yesterday was the first total eclipse in almost a century! The Eclipse was most visible in: Nebraska, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee and South Carolina. In New York, we can only see part of it. I went to the Hudson River Museum, there was a line around the block just to get the special glasses. They only let in about 28 people at a time, for 10 minutes. Luckily, some nice people let us borrow their glasses. When you put on the glasses, you could see nothing but a orange circle that is covered a little bit. Also you could have taken a picture of the sun (this only works for phones) there will be a blue circle partially covered, that`s the eclipse! I hope you all enjoyed the eclipse.
Well, some people say that it’s after 28 years, but, that was in Hawaii
Now it’s over America after 99 years!
We may not see it where we are according to NASA, but, we can see it in specific areas nearby. We will be able to see 75% of the eclipse. I will be going to American Meusem of Natural History, along with a viewing crowd.
You can also see this on TV on Science channel at 12:00 (I don’t know about any more channels!). Another option is to go outside the state to go see totally!
My summer has been really nice so far. In the second week, me and my friend, lets call her jumprope for now, went to a waterpark. The park is called splash down beach, and it is my favorite waterpark in the whole world. First we went on the small rides like the lazy river and the wave pool. Then we went on the slides, they were not so big but not small at all. But then, jumprope said we should go on the big rides. Usually, I am scared to go on these rides, but what I was really thinking about is that the line was so long. It could literally be one-hundred people. But we went anyway. It was a long wait…AND TOTALLY WORTH IT! Right before we went in I said “are you ready?” and WHOOSH! Down we went screaming all the way. But the slide was so fun. Another big slide that I went on with jumprope was the “Hambunga Falls”. Now this ride took twice as long to wait for because one, the ride took less people, and two, we had to carry a two person float all the way. Me and jumprope were both really nervous. We still did it though. When we finally got to the top the lady said ” Who wants to backwards?” We both shouted “NO PLEASE NO NOT ME”. The lady looked to me and then to jumprope. “I’ll suprise you”, she told us. I took a glance at jumprope. I clenched my teeth. I held on tight to the handles of the float. We went down. I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS BACKWARDS! It was so weird. You were on the slide then in the air! It was so scary! We went back and forth, but soon, it was over. I put my hand over my head. I was not crying, but tears were coming from me laughing. I still never wanted to do the ride again though. Jumprope said it was her favorite ride. Google Splash Down Beach and see what you find. You might want to go there.
